Tell us about an error

This site is an automated calculator, so there is no support desk and no contact channel open yet. A contact form or mailing address will be added on this page later. Until then, nothing here lets you reach a person directly.

When a channel opens, it will be for reporting a wrong figure or a broken page. Tell us which page and which figure looked off, and what you expected to see. Those reports help keep the metal value figures accurate.

• We can look into calculation errors and pages that fail to load.
• We cannot give personal investment advice or tell you when to buy or sell.
• We cannot help with a dispute involving a specific jeweller or dealer.

Prices shown are metal value calculated from the world price, not a shop quote.
